Find out from and with professionals what it's all about Strength training, nutrition and regeneration really arrives. This not only allows you to achieve new dimensions in the sports you practice, but you also set an important milestone The cornerstone of injury-free sports and a healthier life.

Our bodies are shaped by our habits and our everyday lives. Due to a leisurely lifestyle, we often don't know what we are capable of achieving. Proper and targeted training builds muscle mass, bone density and many other structures. In this way we can prepare our body for what we want to ask of it (for example when skiing in winter). Targeted exercises that improve our mobility, strength and speed are important.

Program & Trainer

WEDNESDAY: getting there
THURSDAY SATURDAY: In the morning, strength and stabilization training (indoor and outdoor; approx. 90 min. each).

The afternoons are all about regeneration.
SATURDAY: Departure

In the Morning sessions You will learn exercises for mobilization and stabilization of the joints, for muscle building, speed strength, stabilization and body tension. The units each last approx. 90 minutes and are led by Anna Veith personally Sports physiotherapists Max Oberndorfer Max worked with Anna for 3 years and also accompanied her during rehabilitation training and preparation for racing. Anna herself will be there for some of the units during the sports week and will train with you.
