• Children's discounts (for max. 1 child in the ARX 30 and ARX 35 with 2 full-paying adults): up to 2 years € 25 per day, 3-6 years 40% discount on the full price, 7-14 years 30% discount on the full price, from 15 years 10% discount on the full price.
• Supplement to the half-board price for the New Year's Eve menu on December 31, 2025: €99 per person aged 15 and over (price for 2026 to follow)

• Arrival and departure: The rooms are ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. and must be vacated upon departure by 11 a.m.
• We are a smoke-free hotel.
• We do not allow pets.
• The Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card is valid from mid-May to the end of October and is included in the room price.
• Payment: We accept cash, debit cards and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Cancellation conditions: Up to 1 month before the day of arrival 50 %, from 13 days up to 7 days before the day of arrival 70 %, from 6 days before the day of arrival or if you do not arrive 90 % will be charged from the price of the total stay. We recommend one Cancellation insurance with European Travel Insurance to complete.
