• Short stay supplement (up to 2 nights): € 5 per person/day
• Children's discounts (for max. 1 child in the ARX 30 and ARX 35 with 2 full-paying adults): up to 2 years € 25 per day, 3-6 years 40% discount on the full price, 7-14 years 30% discount on the full price, from 15 years 10% discount on the full price.
• Surcharge on the half-board price for the New Year's Eve menu on December 31, 2025: €99 per person (15 years and older).

• Arrival and departure: The rooms are ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. and must be vacated upon departure by 11 a.m.
• We are a smoke-free hotel.
• We do not allow pets.
• The Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card is valid from mid-May to the end of October and is included in the room rate.
• Payment: We accept cash, debit cards and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Winter cancellation policy: Cancellations up to 1 month before arrival date will be charged at 50 %, from 13 days to 7 days before arrival date at 70 %, and from 6 days before arrival date or in case of no-show at 90 %. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung.
• Summer Cancellation Policy: Guests can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 7 days of arrival, the guest will be charged 501 TP3T of the total price. In case of no-show, the guest will be charged the total price of the booking.
