Cooling off in the mountains

Numerous bathing lakes and outdoor pools ensure pure water fun. It is about 14km from the ARX Hotel Aich leisure lake, the 1. Styrian natural lake. Every year the bathing lake is awarded the Styrian bathing quality seal for “excellent bathing water quality”. With an average of 22 degrees in summer, a jump into the natural lake is a welcome way to cool off - even for cyclists on the nearby Ennstal cycle path. In addition to the approximately 1 hectare natural swimming lake, there is a balancing facility, a slackline, a water trampoline, the island in the lake and a sensory path that stimulates your foot nerves with every step. Of course, all intrepid people can also cool off in one of the crystal clear mountain lakes in the mountains. With around 1,000 springs, 300 mountain lakes and 100 waterfalls, the Schladming-Dachstein region is one of the richest in water in the Alps.
