ALPine cuisine with new interpretation

Nothing here of course, is as it once used to be. The motto of our new generation chef: Nature & Freestyle. No regulations, no routine, always different, always new. And the joy of cooking is guaranteed. Our guests can look forward every time to a surprise inspired by his new innovative interpretations.

Our small but fine boutique hotel provides Michael Tritscher and his team the perfect environment for his new creations. His love of nature is also given free rein as this fervent chef strides over the meadows and fields and through the woods in search of fresh herbs and plants as special ingredients.

(Wine Bistro daily 8 – 10.30 a.m. and 2.30 – 9 p.m.  Bar open till midnight)
