We are unconventional thinker and like to interpret new the dishes that people know, just cooking for the moment. Our guests can look forward every time to a surprise inspired by the new innovative interpretations of our Chef de Cuisine Andreas Klammer.
Our small but fine boutique hotel provides him and his team the perfect environment for his new creations. The cuisine in ARX Hotel & Restaurant is also inspired by our love of nature: fresh herbs and plants are always among the special ingredients.

“Award-winning” dining in ARX RESTAURANT
In the ARX Restaurant in Schladming–Rohrmoos only fresh ingredients from the region are used in recipes which will surprise you with new interpretations. All those who enjoy dining in the Arx Restaurant certainly value this. And then when the gourmet experts come to test the ARX menus there is nothing but praise and appreciation.
We are delighted with the award of our first Gault Millau toque in 2018. The gourmet journal Falstaff writes: “This chic hotel offers not only splendid views but now also a new generation culinary line with the motto “Nature and Freestyle”.
