Family veith
Hello! We are family Veith. Since 1972 people from all over the world have been to Schladming. No doubts, the wonderful Styrian Alpine nature is yet alone reason enough to visit us in the ARX. But we believe that it is also our dedication and passion we put into our work that inspire our guests.
Helga Veith took over the former pizzeria and guest house from her mum Anneliese in 1988. Since then she takes care of guests together with her husband Wolfgang. In 2011 the two decided to convert the guest house into a hotel. One that differs from the others. One in which a holiday in Schladming can be experienced in a new way. Uncomplicated. Stylish. Out-of-the-ordinary. Two years later Manuel was grabbed by passion. He gave up his professional snowboard career and took over the hotel at the tender age of 28 years.
The Olympic champion Anna Veith and the former professional snowboarder are not just a married couple but also together have fulfilled a long-cherished dream. A place for snow fanatics, lovers of cutting edge skis and people who like to enjoy life’s pleasures, a place where sport, delicious foods and chic style make up the whole picture. “Since 2014 we have been full of thoughts on how to put our passions again into practice on another level. With the extension of our hotel and the new Concept store VEITH SPORT we have been able to do just that”, says Manuel Veith.
